Co-Tech March Revenue was NTD321million

Co-Tech Copper Foil (Ticker 8358) announced its March sales of 2013 amounted to NTD321 million, sales declined 33.7%
compared to the same period last year, and declined12.3% compared to the previous month. The accumulated sales for the
first quarter amounted to NTD1,083 million, a 14.7% and 6.3% declined in sales on a YoY and QoQ respectively.
The copper foil industry average selling price is set by adding a premium on top of the LME average price of the previous
month. The average March Copper price declined over 5% compared to the previousmonth had caused some customers
to delay their orders, the only exception being the products that were for Smart phones, which enjoyed a 20% MoM, and
10% YoY growth. T oz products which are applied on Smart phones enjoyed a 33.4% YoY growth in its 1st quarter sales,
but had a 2.6% declined compared to the previous quarter. The thin copper foil contributed about 60% of the 1st quarter
Co-Tech is the only OTC listed ED copper foil supplier in Taiwan and its major application are on 3C products, customers
including CCL and PCB makers, thin copper foil applied on smart phones and Notebook PCs are the major products of the
company. Copper foil demand is closely related to global economy, copper price is at the relatively lower zone according to
the more recent historical records, it will benefit Co-Tech and copper foil companies in general if copper price can be stable.
